Cat knows the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship in the healing process. She has been honored to walk the path of healing with those who have anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, HIV/AIDS, psychosis, and questions on gender/sexuality.
Amythest takes a Person Centered and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy approach in their experience working with people. They specialize in treating clients with behavioral & emotional concerns, as well as trauma and gender identity issues.

Ali is a trauma-informed and person-centered therapist, trained in EMDR and Sensorimotor Therapy. She utilizes these techniques in sessions to explore authentic emotions, process trauma, and explore a deeper sense of self. She draws from her person-centered approach to meet clients where they are at in that moment.
Leslie is a holistic, person-centered therapist. She's a compassionate professional who integrates various talk therapy techniques with the expressive power of art and mindfulness to facilitate healing and personal growth. Drawing on a deep understanding of human psychology, she creates a safe, nurturing environment.
Hannah is a compassionate therapist who combines talk therapy and art therapy to create a nurturing space for healing. Drawing on her clients' innate wisdom, she skillfully guides them towards self-discovery and healing, incorporating Gestalt, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered theories to inspire transformative growth.
Keren believes that a client is the expert in their experience. She has extensive experience in helping people overcome trauma and grief through a strength-based approach. She is a native Spanish speaker fluent in English.
Throughout her experiences, Sabryna has utilized person centered, mindfulness, and trauma informed approaches. She values helping her clients find new avenues of self expression. Clients thrive in the gentle, safe environment she creates for discovery.
Amy utilizes her years of experience to provide "loving interruption" of old patterns/ limiting beliefs that keep people stuck. She has partnered with those who have experienced trauma, family system failure, long-term recovery challenges, communication breakdown, and self-doubt.

Miranda is a humanistic therapist who works with people ages 4 and up. She says, "As a therapist, I am here to listen, reflect, and support you in discovering and applying your strengths and abilities to overcome whatever life is throwing at you."
Victoria has been practicing person centered care and mindfulness approaches throughout her experiences with clients. She says "I love meeting new clients and listening deeply to get to know their unique needs and stories. Building a partnership and providing individualized care is what is most important to me."
Evelyn takes a holistic, person-centered, trauma informed approach to therapy. She works to create a compassionate, supportive environment for the exploration of inner experiences. Evelyn's mission in her work is to restore connections, develop insight, deepen understanding, and promote growth and self expression.
Gina utilizes intersectional & healing-centered, liberation-focused narrative therapy. "I ask questions to find themes to gain context as the basis of the narrative. I channel creativity, honesty, and perspective. This work is collaborative. I lead with curiosity to help you embrace every part of yourself."
Sara utilizes a trauma-informed, person centered approach to therapy. She aims to foster a strength based relationship and collaborative environment to support healing, healthy perceptions, and authentic expression. She has supported clients in safely increasing their capacity to cope with adverse experiences.
Sarah is a compassionate advocate for customized care here at Serenity Life. They're more than happy to help you establish a connection with the right counselor, tools, and resources to improve your live. Sara's own journey of finding joy in living fuels a passion for supporting client, clinicians, and our community.
Luna is our Giant Alaskan Malamute therapy dog in training. She's joined our team in April where she started her training as an Emotional Support Animal and Therapy Dog. Her sweet demeanor brings joy and comfort to many of our clients.
