Prices above look out of your league? 

Don't throw in the towel. We offer sliding scale rates based on income to make counseling more affordable. What this means is we can provide services at a lower rate of free of charge for a select number of people who have fallen on hard financial times.

We have a number of half-hour slots available which would be half the price listed above (excluding group). 

Serenity Life is an Out of Network Counseling Provider* for most major insurances and also provides private pay options. There are many reasons for this choice. One of the main considerations is our extensive experience working in healthcare networks. A theme found in our experience there is insurance companies often put their priorities above patient need. Let’s cut the strings together and have the freedom to explore whatever it is that you or your loved one needs on our timeline not on your insurance payers. A true luxury affordable patient centered experience is our goal.

*Check your insurance policy to see if you have out of network coverage for mental health. If you do what you pay us for your sessions can be eligible for reimbursement when you submit your session invoice to your insurance company. If you don't have out of network benefits Serenity Life can provide a custom quote to help therapy fit into your budget. We don't like money to get in the way of great care! 

We do not guarantee coverage due to the current complexities of the health insurance landscape. It is your job to look into reimbursement eligibility prior to beginning treatment with us.

All sliding scale agreements are reviewed annually in July and rates are subject to change.

Serenity Life accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and HSA/FSA cards via our card processing platform which is embedded into our counseling online patient portal. When completing required forms for your first session you will be asked to also put a payment card on file. Once the card is on file payment moving forward is quick and easy and you can change cards at any time.

Please Note: we require 24 hours notice to cancel a session so that we can rebook the time for another in need person. You will be charged full fee for a late cancellation.
